Great Opportunity for a "People Person”!
Service Advisors are the trusted point of contact for our service customers. They listen, and then they advise and recommend the best service plan for each customer’s vehicle. Personalized service creates customer confidence and loyalty for our dealership.
What you will be doing:
- Discuss customer's concerns about mechanical problems
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
- Contact customers by telephone regarding changes to the estimate or time promised
- Deliver vehicles to customers, review work performed, explain charges and answer questions
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Assist the service manager as necessary
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or customer service experience a must
- Candidates must possess a proven track record of consulting skills

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

Drivers for the Service Departments are primarily responsible for the transportation needs of our service customers.
